An exclusive Salsa dance event in Palm Springs every summer for all ages and families!
(LOS ANGELES, CA) – Bernard & Sonyo Martinez and Edie, The Salsa FREAK add to their creative dance and marketing talents by sponsoring the brand new Salsa Mambo Festival weekend event at the Doral Desert Princess Resort, located at 67-967 Vista Chino & Landau, Cathedral City, CA 92234. The resort is located within a lush oasis and surrounded by spectacular mountain views and desert beauty, conveniently located near two of the country's finest golf courses - the 27-hole Desert Princess Country Club and the 36-hole Cimarron Golf Resort. The resort also offers a host of recreational activities including racquetball, therapeutic massage, and the Moore Tennis Academy. Just minutes from Palm Springs Regional Airport, the hotel also provides guests with easy access to world-class shopping, dining, downtown, and all the desert and mountain activities that Palm Springs has to offer.
This event caters to all ages offering over 40 Salsa dance workshops of all levels, special children & young adult workshop, pool parties and summer games during the day and championship caliber performances, shows and dance parties in the evenings. DJs from Los Angeles and New York will spin the best dance music all night. The event kicks off with an opening party on Thursday night, July 26th and concludes with a farewell party on Sunday, July 29th, 2007. The full event pass for all workshops, shows, day & evening parties starts at $105 in January, 2007. Separate evening party passes are only $25 per night or $60 for the weekend. Each room accommodates up to 4 people per room and is priced at only $89 per night! (Suites are also available)
